Robert focuses on the body as the path to integration. Too many men get "stuck in their heads" and try to figure out what is going on emotionally. The problem is, emotions often fall outside the realm of rational thought. Because of this, many men simply repress or hide their true emotions, causing tension, pain and numbness.
